# Jefferies Keeps YUM CHINA Buy Rating, TP at HKD505.5

Despite weak consumer sentiment in mainland China, management of YUM CHINA (09987.HK) +7.000 (+1.914%) Short selling $59.34M; Ratio 28.355% reiterated its full-year 2026 financial guidance, forecasting slim growth in SSS, mid- to high-single-digit growth in system sales, high-single-digit growth in operating profit, double-digit growth in EPS, and slight improvements in restaurant margin and operating margin, Jefferies said in a research report.

The broker noted that business performance in July was broadly in line with management expectations, and the full-year guidance remains on track. Jefferies maintained its Buy rating and kept its target price unchanged, with the Hong Kong-listed target price at HKD505.5 and the US-listed target price for Yum China Holdings, Inc. (YUMC.US) at USD64.5.
