### Third Quarter 2026 Financial Highlights

Moog Inc. reported net sales of $1,117 million in the third quarter of 2026, an increase of 15% compared to $970 million in the third quarter of 2025. Operating margin expanded to 15.8% from 11.5% in the prior year, a 430 basis point increase, while adjusted operating margin improved by 280 basis points to 16.4% from 13.6%. Net earnings significantly increased by 160% to $152 million, up from $58 million in the third quarter of 2025, and adjusted net earnings rose 61% to $119 million compared to $74 million in the prior year period. 

#### Cash Flow

Net cash provided by operating activities for the third quarter of 2026 was $160 million, an increase of $35 million from $125 million in the third quarter of 2025. Free cash flow for the quarter was $133 million, a $40 million improvement from $93 million in Q3 2025. Capital expenditures were $28 million in the third quarter of 2026. 

#### Operational Metrics

The effective tax rate for the third quarter of 2026 was -10.6% as reported, compared to 23.4% for the same period in 2025, while the adjusted effective tax rate was 20.7% in Q3 2026, down from 22.7% in Q3 2025. The company’s twelve-month backlog increased 23% to $3.3 billion. 

#### Segment Performance (Q3 2026 vs. Q3 2025)

-   **Space and Defense:** Sales increased 17% to $336 million from $287.705 million, with operating profit at $52.730 million (15.7% margin), up from $38.363 million (13.3% margin), representing a 240 basis point increase in operating margin.
-   **Military Aircraft:** Sales grew 9% to $245 million from $224.662 million, with operating profit at $35.948 million (14.7% margin), compared to $18.346 million (8.2% margin), marking a 650 basis point increase in operating margin.
-   **Commercial Aircraft:** Sales increased 17% to $254 million from $217.655 million, with operating profit at $38.480 million (15.2% margin), up from $32.025 million (14.7% margin), showing a 50 basis point increase in operating margin.
-   **Industrial:** Sales rose 18% to $282 million from $239.560 million, with operating profit at $49.112 million (17.4% margin), significantly up from $23.177 million (9.7% margin), an increase of 770 basis points in operating margin.

#### Dividend Declaration

Moog Inc.’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on Class A and Class B common stock, payable on August 25, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 14, 2026. This dividend represents a net use of cash of approximately $10 million. 

#### Fiscal Year 2026 Guidance

Moog Inc. increased its fiscal year 2026 guidance for key financial metrics, projecting net sales of $4.4 billion and an adjusted operating margin of 14.1%. Adjusted diluted net earnings per share are expected to be $11.65, and free cash flow conversion is now anticipated to be 70%. Future declarations of quarterly dividends are subject to the determination and discretion of Moog Inc.’s Board of Directors.
