East West Ave Acquisition Corp., a Nevada corporation, recently completed its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market under symbol "EWAVU" by selling 10,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. Each unit includes one share of common stock and one right to receive a quarter share of common stock upon the completion of an initial business combination. Trading of the units began on July 30, 2026. The common stock and rights are projected to be listed separately on Nasdaq under symbols "EWAV" and "EWAVR" respectively.
