#### Trim Systems and Components Segment

Revenues for the Trim Systems and Components segment rose by 21.1% to $53.2 million, from $43.9 million in the prior year, attributed to higher sales volume and increased customer demand in North America. Operating income was $2.2 million, significantly up from $0.1 million in the prior year.

### Cash Flow

For the three months ended June 30, 2026, cash flows from operating activities from continuing operations were $1.684 million, a decrease from $18.720 million in the same period of 2025. Free cash flow from continuing operations was - $1.368 million, compared to $17.255 million in the prior year. The total company free cash flow was - $1.368 million, compared to $17.404 million in the second quarter of 2025.

### Outlook

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. has updated its full-year 2026 outlook, raising its revenue guidance to a range of $725 - $755 million from the previous $660 - $700 million.
