# Powell Industries Posts Downbeat Q3 Results, Joins Clearpoint Neuro, Ichor Holdings And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures gaining around 150 points on Tuesday.

Shares of **Powell Industries Inc** (NASDAQ:POWL) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected quarterly financial results.

Powell Industries reported quarterly earnings of $1.42 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.47 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $312.000 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $315.168 million.

Powell Industries shares dipped 13.4% to $190.02 in pre-market trading.

-   **Ichor Holdings, Ltd** (NASDAQ:ICHR) dipped 9.6% to $72.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed quarterly financial results.  
-   **Adeia Inc** (NASDAQ:ADEA) shares fell 9.4% to $25.18 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed second-quarter financial results.
-   **Adtran Holdings Inc** (NASDAQ:ADTN) dropped 7.9% to $8.16 in pre-market trading following downbeat quarterly results.
-   **Costamare Bulkers Holdings Ltd** (NYSE:CMDB) fell 7.2% to $18.70 in pre-market trading.
-   **EverQuote Inc** (NASDAQ:EVER) declined 6.6% to $22.51 in pre-market trading after reporting second-quarter results.
-   **Smith & Nephew PLC** (NYSE:SNN) fell 6.2% to $30.15 in pre-market trading following H1 results.
-   **Fresenius Medical Care AG** (NYSE:FMS) shares declined 5.6% to $23.84 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly sales.
-   **Sterling Infrastructure Inc** (NASDAQ:STRL) fell 4.6% to $583.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported its second-quarter financial results.
