# G Sachs: TECHTRONIC IND  Margin Performance Beats Expectations, Raises EPS Forecasts and TP

G Sachs released a research report saying that TECHTRONIC IND (00669.HK) +10.800 (+8.120%) Short selling $124.88M; Ratio 14.923% 's results for 1H26 showed revenue of USD8.292 billion, up 6% YoY and in line with expectations. Operating profit was USD815 million and net profit was USD738 million, up 16% and 18% YoY respectively, exceeding the broker's forecasts by 6% and 3%. During the period, gross margin rose 2.6 ppts YoY to 42.9%, while operating margin and net margin were 8.4% and 7.7% respectively, both slightly above the broker's expectations.

In response to better-than-expected margin performance, G Sachs raised its EPS forecasts for TECHTRONIC IND from 2026 to 2030 by 3% to 7%, and lifted its TP from HKD152.4 to HKD160.7, corresponding to a forecast 2027 P/E ratio of about 22x.
