Interest Expense, Net was - $43.8 million for the first six months of 2026, compared to - $35.5 million for the first six months of 2025. Closure and Impairment Charges were - $4.8 million for the first six months of 2026, compared to - $7.0 million for the first six months of 2025. Amortization of Intangible Assets was - $7.6 million for the first six months of 2026, compared to - $5.4 million for the first six months of 2025. 

#### Profitability

Gross Profit was $178.5 million for the first six months of 2026, a decrease from $182.5 million for the first six months of 2025. Income Before Income Taxes decreased to $16.1 million for the first six months of 2026, from $31.7 million for the first six months of 2025. Net Income Available to Common Stockholders was $11.4 million for the first six months of 2026, down from $21.1 million for the first six months of 2025. Adjusted Free Cash Flow was $3.7 million for the first six months of 2026, significantly lower than $48.7 million for the first six months of 2025, mainly due to lower operating cash flows and increased capital expenditures. 

### Balance Sheet and Capital Returns (as of June 28, 2026)

Total Cash, Cash Equivalents and Restricted Cash were approximately $172.8 million, with $97.5 million being unrestricted cash. Available Borrowing Capacity under the 2025 Variable Funding Senior Notes, Class A-1 was approximately $224.5 million.
