# Digital Turbine Stock Soars 43% as Losses Nearly Disappear

Digital Turbine rose 43.11% intraday after the mobile advertising and app distribution company reported fiscal first-quarter revenue of $166.0 million, up 27% from a year earlier. Non-GAAP adjusted earnings came in at $0.19 a share against $0.06, and adjusted EBITDA reached $42.5 million, up 69%. Free cash flow was $11.3 million.

On a GAAP basis, Digital Turbine posted a net loss of $3.2 million, or $0.03 a share, narrowed from a $14.1 million loss a year ago. App Growth Platform, which runs the company's advertising demand and supply businesses, grew 56% to $56.6 million. On Device Solutions, which places apps on carrier and manufacturer handsets, rose 15% to $110.0 million.

Digital Turbine raised fiscal 2027 guidance to revenue of $650 million to $670 million and adjusted EBITDA of $145 million to $155 million.
