# NLI REPORTS SECOND QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

In the second quarter of 2026, NLI Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NL) disclosed a net income attributable to NLI stockholders amounting to $9.0 million, translating to $.18 per share. This marked a significant increase from the second quarter of 2025 when the figures stood at $.3 million, or $.01 per share. The results for the second quarter of 2026 were boosted by an unrealized gain of $.5 million linked to the fluctuations in the value of marketable equity securities. In comparison, during the same period in 2025, there was an unrealized loss of $.1 million. Moving on to the first six months of 2026, NLI posted a net income attributable to NLI stockholders totaling $13.3 million, equating to $.27 per share. This was substantially higher than the $1.0 million, or $.02 per share, recorded in the first half of 2025. The results for the initial six months of 2026 were influenced by an unrealized gain of $3.1 million due to the changes in the value of marketable equity securities, a reversal from the unrealized loss of $8.6 million experienced in the first six months of 2025.
