### Operational Metrics and Highlights

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. expanded its retail footprint in Florida to 73 dispensaries, bringing the nationwide total to 174 operated and managed dispensaries. The company launched Dark Heart, its ultra-premium flower brand, across 11 states. Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. also completed the buyout of the remaining 45% equity interest in Four20 Pharma, increasing its ownership of Curaleaf International to 100%. 

### Outlook

Chairman and CEO Boris Jordan stated that the second quarter results reinforce that the ‘Built for Growth’ strategy is gaining traction, with both domestic and international segments contributing to growth. He noted that the U.S. business has regained momentum, marking the second consecutive quarter of domestic year-over-year growth. Jordan expressed confidence in the team, strategy, and operating discipline to lead the next phase of cannabis, aiming to make Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. the global leader in cannabis.
