Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited has proposed revising its planned name change to Qinghai Biotech Pharmaceutical Group Limited, with a new Chinese secondary name, to better align with its strategic positioning and business development after a recent acquisition. The board expects the rebranding to support business expansion, brand building, and future growth while maintaining shareholder rights and leaving trading arrangements and existing share certificates unaffected.

The new name will take effect once shareholders approve the special resolution and the Registrar issues the required certificates, after which the company will complete relevant registrations and filings in Hong Kong.
