# BofAS Raises BEONE MEDICINES  TP to HKD255.43, Reiterates Buy

BofAS published a research report stating that BEONE MEDICINES (06160.HK) +4.300 (+2.155%) Short selling $144.52M; Ratio 12.134% 's total revenue for 1H26 rose 32% YoY. Among which, 2Q product revenue and total revenue increased 29% and 30% YoY to USD1.68 billion and USD1.705 billion, respectively. Revenue growth was mainly driven by continued strong global demand for Brukinsa. Gross margin in the second quarter improved by 2 ppts YoY to 90%.

The report noted that BEONE MEDICINES management further raised its full-year revenue guidance for 2026 to between USD6.6 billion and USD6.8 billion, compared with the previous guidance of between USD6.3 billion and USD6.5 billion. BofAS raised its revenue forecasts for the company for 2026-2028 by 5.5%, 6.7% and 6.9%, respectively, to reflect the company's strong sales performance in 1H26, higher guidance and the approval of sonrotoclax in the US.
