Michael Okunewitch has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to the early commercial momentum of Lymphir and its long-term revenue potential. He highlights that institutional adoption is building quickly, with a sharp rise in ordering centers and vial shipments, and expects this expanding base, together with broad formulary access, to translate into a faster revenue ramp in the second half of fiscal 2026.

He also underscores the attractive dynamics of the cutaneous T‑cell lymphoma market, where patients cycle through multiple therapies over long survival periods, allowing novel agents like Lymphir to be added rather than substituted. With management sizing the addressable opportunity up to roughly $400 million and historical analogs suggesting meaningful sales potential, he sees the current valuation as not fully reflecting this upside, supporting a Buy rating and an unchanged $4 price target.
