# WUXI APPTEC  Granted Court Approval for Preliminary Injunction Motion on 1260H List

WUXI APPTEC (02359.HK) +12.600 (+7.012%) Short selling $737.96M; Ratio 36.114% announced that on August 7, 2026 U.S. time, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled on the company's motion for a preliminary injunction and granted the preliminary injunction sought by the company. The ruling shields the company from the immediate adverse effects arising from the 1260H designation during the judicial proceedings challenging the designation.
