# Keymed’s CM512 Hits Phase II Targets and Wins Breakthrough Status for Nasal Polyp Treatment

Keymed Biosciences, Inc. ( (HK:2162) ) just unveiled an update.

Keymed Biosciences reported that its Phase II clinical trial of CM512 injection for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps in China met all efficacy and safety endpoints across tested dosing regimens. The bispecific antibody showed rapid and sustained reduction in nasal polyp size, improved nasal congestion and olfactory function, and a favorable safety profile with no serious adverse events and very low immunogenicity.

On the back of these results, the company has selected a 300 mg every 24 weeks dosing regimen and is moving swiftly into Phase III development for this indication. CM512 has also been granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation by China’s drug regulator for treating chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, reinforcing Keymed’s clinical and regulatory momentum around its long-acting TSLP x IL-13 blocker and potentially enhancing its competitive position in inflammatory disease biologics.
