# Report: SK Hynix Mulls USD70.6B Shareholder Return Plan, May Repurchase USD28.3B Shares

SK Hynix is exploring the launch of a large-scale shareholder return plan worth KRW100 trillion (approximately USD70.6 billion), which is expected to include share repurchases of about KRW40 trillion (approximately USD28.3 billion), South Korean media reported.

The scale would be far larger than last year's approximately KRW14.3 trillion (approximately USD10.1 billion) and exceed market expectations.

Last week, SK Hynix's board approved a quarterly DPS of KRW375 and disclosed that it is actively reviewing additional shareholder return measures. Specific details are expected to be finalized and announced within 3Q26.
