Oxford, UK - 11 August 2026: OXB , a quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of 7,363 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").

The requested admission relates to ordinary shares which have been alloted under:

· OXB Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP)

· OXB Sharesave Scheme (SAYE)

It is expected that admission becomes effective on 14 August 2026. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue.
