# Be Bullish on Twilio and Take-Two Interactive

Communications software firm Twilio (TWLO) jumped by nearly 25% after it posted fiscal third-quarter results. AI is hardly a threat. If anything, it added to its growth.

Twilio posted $1.47 in earnings per share (non-GAAP). Revenue jumped by 22% to $1.5 billion. The firm revamped its platform, SIGNAL. Customers have the building blocks that they need to power lifelong conversations, according to the company’s CEO.

To increase shareholder value, Twilio bought back shares worth $66 million. It completed $1.2 billion in buybacks and has $826 million left to support its stock.

In the gaming sector, Take-Two Interactive (TTWO), which relies on its blockbuster game Grand Theft Auto, posted results last week. EPS of -$0.18 (non-GAAP) did not deter investors from bidding the share higher. Revenue rose from $1.5 billion last year to $1.53 billion. For the full year of fiscal 2027, the firm set a revenue guidance of $7.9 billion to $8.1 billion. Analysts expected a higher figure.

On November 19, TTWO will release GTA 6. This should reaccelerate the company’s cash flow growth for years to come. Even though the MSRP on the game is very high, customer preorders are promising. The firm will give the public an extended look at the game on August 27. That might drive preorders even higher.

Nintendo (NTDOY), which posted strong results, is a gaming firm that investors should consider, too.
