EOS Hospitality Credit Partners Closes Second Loan: $105 Million Financing for Newly Built Marriott Campus in Silicon Valley

In New York, EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, a hospitality lending division of EOS Investors LLC, has granted a $105 million mortgage loan to T2 Hospitality. The loan is secured by the TETRA / AC Moffett Park Campus, a new 350-key dual-branded Marriott hotel site in Sunnyvale, California. This campus includes the 186-key Hotel TETRA, Autograph Collection, and the 164-key AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. This financing represents the second loan closing for EOS Hospitality Credit.
