Sam Slutsky has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, including Eupraxia’s advancing clinical program in eosinophilic esophagitis and the upcoming interim Phase 2b RESOLVE data expected in Q4 2026. The study will provide a meaningful readout on multiple efficacy and safety endpoints across several timepoints, which could serve as a key value inflection if results confirm earlier positive signals.

He also points to encouraging data from high‑dose cohorts of EP‑104GI, where patients showed sustained improvements in tissue health and symptom remission, as well as dose‑related benefits on inflammation and fibrosis scores. In addition, experts view the therapy’s integration into routine annual endoscopies as operationally straightforward and economically attractive for clinics, supporting strong potential uptake if approved, while the unchanged $16 price target reflects confidence in the long‑term risk‑reward profile.

In another report released today, Oppenheimer also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $17.00 price target.
