# Dover Completes Acquisition of Cloeren | DOV Stock News

, /PRNewswire/ -- Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today announced that it has completed the previously reported acquisition of Cloeren Incorporated, which will become part of the MAAG business unit within Dover's Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
