# ASX FY26 Statutory Net Profit After Tax Declines; Operating Revenue Up 13.3%

ASX Limited (ASX.AX) reported fiscal 2026 statutory net profit after tax of A$484.9 million, down 3.5% from last year, driven by the impact of significant items. Underlying net profit after tax was A$536.4 million, an increase of 5.2% from prior year, driven by growth in operating revenue, offset by increased expenses. 

Fiscal 2026 operating revenue was A$1.25 billion, an increase of 13.3% from last year. Revenue performance was supported by growth from all four of business units.

ASX shares are trading at A$60.36 on ASX, up 8.74%.
