During the quarter, Computershare and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust selected Securitize for issuer-sponsored tokenized shares.

The company also announced collaborations with Jump Trading and Jupiter, received FINRA approval for expanded broker-dealer capabilities and partnered with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. for onchain IPOs and follow-on offerings.

Securitize said it had approximately $5 billion in assets managed onchain as of July 2026.

Securitize said the business combination closed one day after quarter-end, leaving the company with approximately $350 million in cash and no debt as it entered the third quarter.
