The Interim Dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in GBP Sterling and the currency exchange rate is set out below: Interim Dividend declared 8.1 US cents per share Exchange rate (GBP/USD) 1.3525 Interim Dividend in GBP Sterling 5.99 pence per share The Interim Dividend will be paid on 4 September 2026 to shareholders on the register on 7 August 2026, ex-dividend date 6 August 2026.
