### Outlook / Guidance

Biofrontera Inc. expects to launch Ameluz for superficial basal cell carcinoma (sBCC) in Q1 2027, following a PDUFA date in late September of this year. If approved, Ameluz would be the first PDT in the U.S. for cancerous tumors, supported by positive Phase III results for actinic keratoses and Phase 2B data in acne. The company continues to progress towards achieving cash flow breakeven in 2026, and the ITC order affecting its RhodoLED XL lamp is not expected to impact full-year 2026 revenue goals.
