#### Outlook

Akari Therapeutics, Plc remains focused on initiating AKTX-101 for clinical development in mid-2027. The company is executing IND-enabling work required to support its planned Phase 1 trial in mid-2027. The goal is to start its First-In-Human trial by mid-2027.
