# PERFECT OPT's interim loss decreased to 11.01 million yuan, no dividend declared

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 14th, PERFECT OPT (08311) announced a mid-term loss of HKD 11.01 million for the six months ended June 30, narrowing from a loss of HKD 12.624 million in the same period last year; the loss per share is HKD 0.74, and no interim dividend will be distributed.

The group stated that revenue was HKD 50.533 million, an increase of 2.1%; gross profit was HKD 7.663 million, a decrease of 14.8%, mainly due to a reduction in revenue from health-related products with higher gross profit margins during the period; the pre-tax loss narrowed to HKD 11.282 million.
