# VALUE PARTNERS' subsidiary VALUE PARTNERS ASIA BOND FUND has been approved for registration, becoming the group's third northbound mutual recognition fund

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 14th, VALUE PARTNERS (00806) announced that on July 27, the VALUE PARTNERS Fund Series - VALUE PARTNERS Asia Equity and Bond Income Fund has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to be registered as a northbound mutual recognition fund under the mutual recognition arrangement (MRF) between the mainland and Hong Kong.

The group stated that this fund is also the third fund under its management to be included in the MRF. The approval will allow the group to distribute the VALUE PARTNERS Asia Equity and Bond Income Fund to retail investors in the mainland through the fund's mainland agent. (wh)
