# ACME INTL HLDGS's Chinese abbreviation will be changed to "Green Energy Group," effective next Tuesday

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 14th, ACME INTL HLDGS (01870) announced that after the proposed change of the company name takes effect, the shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange under the new Chinese stock abbreviation "绿色电能集团" and the new English stock abbreviation "GREEN POWER GP". The existing English stock abbreviation "ACME INTL HLDGS" and the Chinese stock abbreviation "益美國際控股" will no longer be used, effective from next Tuesday (18th) at 9:00 AM.

The group stated that the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration for the change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on July 14, confirming that the group's new English name "Green Power Group Limited" and Chinese name "绿色电能集团有限公司" have been registered in Hong Kong. (wh)
