# BofAS Cuts KINGDEE INT'L  TP to HKD12.9, Reiterates Buy

BofAS published a research report stating that KINGDEE INT'L (00268.HK) +0.075 (+0.955%) Short selling $161.48M; Ratio 25.773% management reiterated its full-year targets, including double-digit YoY revenue growth, subscription revenue growth of about 20% YoY, and an adjusted net profit margin of about 7%. In addition, management expects overseas business to account for about 2% of total revenue in 2026, with a target to contribute 10% within five years. The broker believed the company's revenue growth momentum in July would be stronger than in 1H26.

The broker raised its revenue forecasts for fiscal years 2026-28 by 1%, mainly reflecting accelerated growth in AI products. However, considering the recent downward re-rating of industry valuations, it cut the company's TP from HKD13.9 to HKD12.9 and reiterated the Buy rating.
