# Transsion Holdings Receives CSRC Filing for HK Listing: Report

The International Cooperation Department of the CSRC issued a filing notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Shenzhen Transsion Holdings.

The company plans to issue no more than 132.4 million overseas-listed ordinary shares and seek a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Transsion Holdings mainly offers smartphones under the TECNO, Infinix and itel brands. In terms of mobile phone sales in 2024, the company ranked first in market share in Africa, reaching 61.5%.
