# Bank of America Securities Keeps Their Buy Rating on Kilroy Realty (KRC)

In a report released today, Jana Galan from Bank of America Securities reiterated a Buy rating on Kilroy Realty, with a price target of $46.00.

Galan covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as AvalonBay, Equity Residential, and Kilroy Realty. According to TipRanks, Galan has an average return of -2.4% and a 42.25% success rate on recommended stocks. 

In addition to Bank of America Securities, Kilroy Realty also received a Buy from Evercore ISI’s Steve Sakwa in a report issued on August 12. However, on July 30, Citi maintained a Hold rating on Kilroy Realty (NYSE: KRC).
