Ryan Merkel has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that make the ebm-papst acquisition strategically compelling for Madison Air Solutions Corp. He views ebm-papst’s advanced EC fan and motor technologies as closely aligned with Madison Air’s focus on high‑value, energy‑efficient HVACR solutions and sees attractive exposure to growing end markets such as data centers, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing.
