# BofAS Raises HISENSE HA  TP to HKD24.5, Reiterates 'Neutral' Rating

BofAS published a research report stating that HISENSE HA (00921.HK) -0.640 (-2.842%) Short selling $1.29M; Ratio 8.335% 's revenue and net profit for the first half fell 5% YoY and 20% YoY, respectively. Excluding the impact of adjustments to revenue from wholesale raw materials sales to third parties, core revenue in 2Q26 returned to slight growth, outperforming the flat performance in 1Q26. Overseas revenue growth resumed to double-digit growth in the second quarter, while domestic revenue performance remained weak with a low single-digit decline. However, intensified gross margin pressure in the second quarter led to weaker earnings.

The broker broadly maintained its EPS forecast for HISENSE HA (00921.HK) -0.640 (-2.842%) Short selling $1.29M; Ratio 8.335% for this year, but raised its forecast for next year by 4% to reflect solid export growth. The broker also raised the company's TP from HKD23.8 to HKD24.5 and reiterated its 'Neutral' rating.
