# BOCI Reiterates Buy Rating on HWORLD-S , Capital Return Plan Supports Valuation

BOCI issued a report saying that HWORLD-S (01179.HK) +3.640 (+11.138%) Short selling $9.23M; Ratio 7.095% 's 2Q26 results were solid, with adjusted EBITDA rising 20% YoY to RMB2.7 billion, mainly driven by continued expansion of its hotel network, improvement in RevPAR and increased contribution from its asset-light franchise business. Encouragingly, despite adverse weather during the quarter, RevPAR of its China business still grew 1.1% YoY.

The broker was also encouraged by management's increased confidence in the operating outlook. The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance and reiterated its expectation for full-year RevPAR to achieve low-single-digit YoY growth. In addition, the company newly announced a three-year shareholder return plan totaling USD2.5 billion, which will further enhance capital returns and support valuation. Buy rating reiterated.
