Its clients include small and medium-sized businesses, mid-sized enterprises, and public sector organizations in Hong Kong, with plans to expand into Malaysia and Indonesia.

The Hong Kong-based company was founded in 2022 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq, but has not yet disclosed a ticker symbol (RC Ticker: RYML.RC). Eddid Securities and Futures is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
