**Spark’s Take on YORW Stock**

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, YORW is a Neutral.

Overall score reflects stable regulated-utility fundamentals and supportive technicals, balanced against a key fundamental constraint: consistently negative free cash flow that can increase dependence on financing. Valuation is broadly reasonable with a ~2.9% dividend yield, but recent TTM statement inconsistencies/missing items reduce confidence in the near-term financial trend.
