# Why CoreWeave Stock (CRWV) Is Still Under Pressure After 12% Drop on Tuesday

Shares in AI cloud firm CoreWeave (CRWV) fell by over 12% to $93.17 on Tuesday and dropped another 2% to about $91 early Wednesday. This came as company insiders, including CEO and President Michael Intrator, disclosed plans to sell their shares and continued selling them. In a new filing made on Tuesday, Intrator informed the U.S. securities regulator of a plan to sell 200,000 CRWV shares on Nasdaq on the same day. The sale is valued at approximately $21.2 million.
