Revenue rose 40% year over year to $4.02 billion, beating the $3.92 billion consensus estimate. Adjusted earnings increased 68% from a year earlier as demand strengthened across the company’s businesses. ## Margins Expand, Cash Flow Rises Adjusted gross margin expanded 330 basis points year over year to 72.5%, while adjusted operating margin increased 780 basis points to 50%. Analog Devices generated $1.60 billion in operating cash flow during the quarter, up from $1.17 billion a year earlier. Free cash flow totaled $1.46 billion. ## CEO Highlights Broad-Based Demand, AI Opportunity CEO and Chair **Vincent Roche** said demand strengthened broadly during the third quarter, helping the company exceed the midpoint of its revenue, margin and earnings outlook. Roche said continued investment in innovation, close customer relationships and manufacturing flexibility position the company to capture opportunities tied to artificial intelligence. ## CFO Sees Momentum Extending Into Fiscal 2027 CFO **Richard Puccio** said demand improved across the company’s product portfolio and geographic markets, supporting what he called a record fourth-quarter outlook. Puccio expects disciplined execution and targeted growth investments to help the company finish the fiscal year strongly and carry momentum into fiscal 2027. ## Fourth-Quarter Outlook Beats Estimates Analog Devices forecast fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $3.71 to $4.01 per share, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $3.54 at the midpoint. The company projected revenue of $4.20 billion to $4.40 billion, beating the $4.07 billion consensus estimate at the midpoint. Analog Devices expects GAAP earnings of $2.99 to $3.29 per share, compared with Wall Street’s estimate of $2.72.
