Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Details Cost-Efficient Auditor Switch

Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment has issued a supplemental announcement detailing its proposed change of auditor for the 2026 financial year, moving from DTT to RCHK. The Audit Committee reviewed RCHK’s audit approach, scope, staffing and industry experience, concluding that the new team structure and resource deployment are better aligned with the company’s needs.

The committee highlighted that RCHK’s agreed audit fee, at approximately RMB1.68 million to RMB2.48 million, is lower than DTT’s indicative quotation of RMB3.03 million to RMB3.23 million, largely due to differing audit arrangements and resource allocation for complex accounting issues. It emphasized that RCHK’s planned 3,840 chargeable hours and use of senior, specialized staff will maintain audit quality and efficiency while reducing costs, supporting the committee’s recommendation to appoint RCHK as auditor for FY2026.
