The sale came as Roblox shares recovered from a steep drop earlier this month. Analysts have a Moderate Buy rating on RBLX, with a $47.82 average price target implying 23.59% upside. ARK also sold 203,242 shares of 10X Genomics (TXG) worth about $11.3 million through ARKK and the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG). The move extends ARK's recent selling in the biotech stock. ## **ARK Uses the Pullback to Add to 3 Stocks – RKLB, AVGO, CBRS** ARK used Wednesday's market weakness to increase its positions in three stocks across AI, semiconductors, and space technology. ### **1\. ARK Buys $21M of Broadcom Stock Ahead of Q3 Earnings** ### **2\. Wood Adds $17M to Cerebras Position** ARK also bought 78,756 Cerebras shares worth about $17.3 million on Wednesday. The purchase followed another $8.8 million investment in Cerebras on Tuesday, when the stock fell sharply. The purchases came just after Cerebras unveiled its new CS-4 AI system. The company said the system can deliver up to twice the speed of its previous CS-3 system and up to 30 times the performance of GPU-based solutions for some workloads. Cerebras has also been expanding its AI inference business. Its second-quarter cloud revenue rose 281% year over year, while the company said it now has 600 megawatts of data center capacity under contract. ARK's latest purchases show continued interest in Cerebras as it expands its position in AI computing. ## **Which Stock Offers the Most Upside?** According to the TipRanks Stock Comparison Tool, Rocket Lab, Broadcom, and Cerebras all have Strong Buy ratings from analysts. Among the three, Rocket Lab offers the highest upside at 46.27%, followed by Broadcom at 42.24% and Cerebras at 38.58%.
