# Hilton Grand Vacations Authorized To Repurchase Up To $600 Mln Of Shares

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) said on Thursday that its board has authorized a program to repurchase up to $600 million of shares over the next two years.

Dan Mathewes, CFO of Hilton Grand Vacations, said: "With this new authorization, we're reinforcing our commitment to delivering long-term shareholder value through the disciplined execution of our strategic priorities and continued capital returns."

The new share repurchase will commence once the existing two-year repurchase, which was approved in 2025 for an aggregate amount of up to $600 million, is fully completed. As of August 17, the company had around $61 million remaining under the 2025 repurchase plan.
