# Yunji falls 4% after reporting H1 revenue drop on business restructuring

云集 (YJ.US) 盘中时段出现快速下跌，现报**4.081 美元**，当日跌幅为**3.98%**。

消息面上，云集于 8 月 20 日公布 2026 年上半年业绩。财报显示，公司上半年营收为 9630 万元人民币，较去年同期的 1.583 亿元有所下降，主要因战略重组及停止不合规第三方商户业务所致。毛利率保持在 41%，净亏损从去年同期的 1.007 亿元收窄至 7240 万元。自有品牌产品目前占销售额的 56%，推动公司向高利润产品转型。
