#### Gross Profit

For the fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, gross profit was $2.3 million, or 27.4% of revenue, compared to $1.8 million, or 27.3% of revenue, in the prior quarter and $5.8 million, or 34.5% of revenue, in the same quarter a year ago. #### Net Loss

Net loss for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2026 was -$2.3 million, compared to -$3.2 million in the prior quarter and -$1.2 million in the same quarter a year ago. The full fiscal year 2026 net loss was -$7.4 million, compared to -$6.7 million in fiscal 2025. The non-GAAP net loss, excluding stock-based compensation and restatement costs, was -$2.1 million for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, compared to -$2.9 million in the prior quarter and -$0.1 million in the same quarter a year ago. For the full fiscal year 2026, the non-GAAP net loss was -$6.5 million, compared to -$2.8 million in fiscal 2025. 

#### Adjusted EBITDA

Adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2026 was -$1.6 million, compared to -$2.5 million in the prior quarter and $0.5 million in the same quarter a year ago. For the full fiscal year 2026, Adjusted EBITDA was -$4.5 million, compared to -$0.1 million in fiscal 2025. 

#### Cash Position

As of June 30, 2026, cash was $0.3 million, compared to $0.4 million as of March 31, 2026. 

#### Operational Highlights

Flux Power Holdings, Inc. released SkyEMS® 3.0, which includes AI-powered insights, predictive analytics, and customizable dashboards. The company appointed Stu Jacover as Vice President of Sales for Material Handling to expand sales and marketing efforts. Initiatives were executed to optimize the supply chain, lower product costs, and advance product redesigns aimed at improving margins. Flux Power Holdings, Inc. also achieved certification with a new major OEM during the quarter, which is expected to increase its addressable market within Material Handling. 

#### Outlook

Management expects changes implemented over the past year, including a leaner cost structure, refreshed sales leadership, expanding OEM relationships, and upgraded offerings, to benefit fiscal 2027 and beyond. The company believes it is well-positioned to deliver renewed growth and accelerate its path to profitability as broader economic conditions improve.
