In Toronto on August 20, 2026, Osisko Gold Group Inc. (NYSE: OGG, TSXV: OGG) has announced the signing of an amended credit agreement with Appian Capital Advisory Limited for a senior secured project loan credit facility totaling US$450 million. The agreement amends the original agreement dated July 21, 2025, and involves Osisko Gold's subsidiary, Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., aimed at financing the development of the Cariboo Gold Project, a venture fully owned and permitted by Osisko Gold.
