# M Stanley Raises CSPC PHARMA  TP to HKD12, Rating Overweight

M Stanley issued a report stating that after CSPC PHARMA (01093.HK) -0.500 (-5.252%) Short selling $478.25M; Ratio 11.096% 's 2Q results, it updated its model. EPS estimates for 2026, 2027 and 2028 were raised by 10%, 11% and 10%, respectively, mainly reflecting faster collection progress of business development revenue and observed revenue recognition trends. At the same time, it also expects the finished drug sales mix to record resilient growth, while industry headwinds have largely been digested. The TP was raised from HKD11 to HKD12.
