# M Stanley Raises H World Group Limited  TP to USD62, Rating Overweight

M Stanley issued a report stating that HWORLD-S (01179.HK) +0.740 (+1.933%) Short selling $22.36M; Ratio 10.617% 's results for 2Q26 beat expectations. After updating its forecasts, the broker raised its estimates for the recurring franchise fee rate of the group's China business for 2026, 2027 and 2028 by 4%, 6% and 8.5%, respectively, equivalent to an increase of 1 ppts annually. As a result, its revenue forecasts for 2026, 2027 and 2028 were raised by 3%, 5% and 5%, respectively. EPS forecast for 2026 was lifted by 3%, while the 2027 forecast was broadly unchanged and the 2028 forecast was raised by 2%. The broker slightly raised the USD target price for H World Group Limited (HTHT.US) from USD60 to USD62. Rating was maintained at Overweight.
