# Iovance Biotherapeutics Stock Is Trending Friday: What's Going On?

Shares of **Iovance Biotherapeutics Inc**. (NASDAQ:IOVA) are trending Friday morning, continuing a momentum surge that recently pushed the biotech stock to a new 52-week high after gaining over 250% year-to-date.

The positive readouts have reinforced market confidence in advanced melanoma therapies, directly benefiting Iovance as it commercializes its own FDA-approved, one-time cell therapy, Amtagvi.
