According to bulk deals data available on the stock exchanges, Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte, a subsidiary of US-based Qualcomm Incorporated, sold 75 lakh shares, representing a 1.28 percent stake in Shadowfax Technologies, compared with its 2.26 percent holding as of June 2026. The shares were sold at Rs 245.13 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 183.8 crore. In fact, in the current quarter, a few other marquee investors have also pared their stakes in Shadowfax. Newquest Asia Fund IV (Singapore) sold a 2.13 percent stake on August 6, while Flipkart Internet offloaded a 5.48 percent stake and Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II sold a 7.67 percent stake on July 24. Shadowfax shares ended at Rs 255.40 on the National Stock Exchange on Friday, down 1.01 percent amid high trading volumes. Overall, however, the stock has been on an upward trajectory since mid-March, despite intermittent corrections. The stock has already doubled from its offer price of Rs 124 per share since its listing on January 28, 2026. **Separate Bulk Deals** Promoter Tube Investments of India has picked up 20.64 lakh shares, representing a 2.69 percent stake in Shanthi Gears, from Pacific Assets Trust Plc for Rs 77.49 crore. The shares were acquired at Rs 375.30 apiece. Following the block deal, Shanthi Gears shares appeared to have hit the 20 percent upper circuit, ending at Rs 464.25 after opening with a gap-up. Pacific Assets Trust held 22.21 lakh shares, or a 2.9 percent stake, in Shanthi Gears as of June 2026. Meanwhile, ChrysCapital-owned Clarus Capital 1 has picked up 1.32 lakh shares, representing a 1.07 percent stake in KDDL, the manufacturer of watch components, high-quality precision-stamped components and progressive tools for engineering applications. The shares were acquired for Rs 48.21 crore at Rs 3,650 apiece. However, promoter Pranav Shankar Saboo sold 2.46 lakh shares, representing a 2 percent stake, for Rs 89.8 crore at Rs 3,650.81 per share. KDDL shares ended at Rs 4,005.40 on the National Stock Exchange on Friday, following a significant recovery in the last couple of hours of trading. Major activity was also seen in Nxt-Infra Trust, an infrastructure investment trust that invests in road infrastructure assets. Kotak Mahindra Bank, Larsen & Toubro, and Kotak Mahindra Investments picked up 2.63 crore units in Nxt-Infra InvIT from Actis Highway Infra for Rs 247.29 crore at Rs 93.85 per unit. Additionally, Actis Highway Infra sold 64.5 lakh units in Nxt-Infra Trust for Rs 60.9 crore at Rs 94.40 per unit.
