Sunpower Inc. has issued $46.0 million of 10.0% Notes under an Indenture that contains extensive covenants and numerous events of default, including payment, conversion, notice, merger, cross‑default, lien, guarantee, and bankruptcy triggers that could accelerate repayment. Because ongoing compliance depends on operating performance, market conditions, and other uncontrollable factors, any inability to meet these obligations could force foreclosure on substantially all of its assets, materially harming its business and financial condition.

Overall, Wall Street has a Moderate Buy consensus rating on SPWR stock based on 1 Buy.
